"Our medical centre is very busy with a high volume of calls. We recently needed to upgrade our telephone system.
Our previous system did not have the functionality that we needed to manage our calls as we would have liked. The phone system is such a key part of our service that we wanted to make sure we made the right decision. I did my research and asked lots of questions.

He is happy to make changes as needed to our cut-over times, inbox messaging system, etc. (Sometimes we need to make short-term changes and then revert back.) He has always been very quick to respond and gives me the impression that nothing is a bother to him.
