"Sherma and the team did a fantastic job of setting up our phone system two years ago.

Every missed call for us is lost revenue, and over the last two years our answer rate has skyrocketed, and the phone system has got our average answer time by the team down to an average of just seven-seconds. This provided a great customer experience and led to our 0800 calls being far and away our best converting leads.

In addition to this, I like things to just work. The phone system was set up and just worked. Even as we scaled up the team there were only minor adjustments needed, which Sherma and his team handled in a timely fashion.

Over the past two years it has probably required less than three to four hours of our team's time to administer. This is great, as we would much rather spend our time helping customers than fixing the phone system, (which was previously the case).
