On our request Sherma demonstrated their VolP system to me and after answering all our question we decided to go with A1 VolP solution.

About a week after Sherma demonstrated his solution our PABX blew an internal card and so that made our installation urgent one. Sherma and his technical team visited us and with a 36 hours we were up and running.

We have found A1 service and knowledge of the VolP system to be very good and we have been well informed all along the way.

At Mairehau High School we recently changed our telephone system to an A1 Comms VOIP system, primarily because the call costs are considerably cheaper than our existing ISDN system. I found Sherma to be friendly and knowledgeable and he, along with IVP who installed the system, communicated efficiently with us from the start.

We wanted the phone system installed over a 2 week holiday period, and the installation was substantially completed within that timeframe. To be honest, with a complete change of system involving some 90extensions, I thought we would encounter considerable problems when school started again. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find relatively few issues with the system, and these were rectified within an acceptable time frame.
