Direct Dial In (DDI)
Callers can dial the person they require directly.

Automated Attendant
Pre-recorded menus of options for callers to select the department or person they require.

Calling Line Identification (CLI)
Provides caller ID (name or number) to extensions within your telephone system.

Computer Telephone Integration (CTI)
Provides caller ID (name, number and more) onto a computer screen, possible to integrate with your customer database.

Voicemail
Each extension within the telephone system has an answerphone system with a personal greeting. Messages then can be emailed to the users email inbox, ensuring missed calls get dealt with promptly and are not forgotten.

Hybrid Phone Systems
Flexible system where a multitude of different technologies can be used together - traditional analogue telephones, digital lines, cordless handsets, faxing and VoIP.

Digitally Enhanced Cordless Telecommunication (DECT)
A cordless phone system with a medium range (each handset has a range of up to 100m) that is easily expandable and flexible.

Long Range DECT
A cordless phone system that has an extended range (handsets have a range of up to 8kms) and added functionality of a 2 way radio.

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Telephone extensions through a computer Local Area Network, freeing up analogue telephone lines and reducing operating costs. For example a remote employee can log into the telephone system while working from home and make and receive calls on the same telephone number and extension as they would have while in the office.

Software Integration
Software can be used to track trunk calls within a telephone system, track remote staff telephone usage, integrate caller id with your existing Customer Relationship Database and much more.
