CallTracker
CallTracker consists of four applications, Standard, Business Professional and Enterprise, that are fully interactive and designed to take the hassle out of Telephone Call Accounting.
CallTracker receives telephone call data live from a PABX System as soon as a phone call is completed, at which point the data is processed and stored in to a database for immediate retrieval or for retrieval at a later date. All versions of CallTracker are also fully networkable, so that this data can be extracted via reports or charts from any PC on your local network.
CallTracker is designed to capture data from a PABX which outputs its data via a Comport or TCP/IP on a local or remote network.
Most Telephone Call Accounting packages can require a lot maintenance when pricing structures change from your toll call supplier, this alone means that you have to subscribe to an annual pricing update service which can cost up to $400.00 annually.
CallTracker is unique in that it lets YOU take control of your pricing by letting YOU alter the pricing structure, with the ability to reprocess past telephone call data. This feature alone will save you money, time and hassle.
Common Features
CallTracker Standard, Business and Hospitality all come with common features:
- DataView
This feature shows the last 20 calls, and when visible, shows the calls as they come in live.
- Alarms
CallTracker lets you define phone numbers that will set off an alarm by the software. For example, you may wish to know if someone has dialed "111". You can set an alarm that will either play a personalised sound file, display a message, or play a sound and display a message at the same time.
- Extensions (or for Hospitality Rooms)
You are able to assign names of people to extensions or in the case of the Hospitality version you can assign room/unit numbers to extensions.
Standard and Business Versions also allow you to assign you to assign an extension or a series of extensions to a "Group".
- Number Mappings
Number mappings let you personalize phone numbers. i.e. 0800123123 might be related to a phone banking number, so you could add the name "Phone Banking" and when a call is made to this number, it will show "Phone Banking" instead of the number.
- Peak Times
CallTracker lets you control when your peak times change. No need to wait for your software vendor to update your database or send you a new one. You can do it yourself.
- Prices
This feature allows you to setup your own pricing scheme, you do not have to subscribe to a toll carrier for annual pricing updates that have an annual fee, simply input the area code, peak or off peak rate or flat rate amounts and your up and running. Pricing also has the ability to add a surcharge to each call, as well as a markup percentage.
- Trunks
Like Extensions, you can personalize Trunks. i.e. Trunk number 1 might be your "Outgoing" line so you can define trunk 1 to have the name of "Outgoing"
- MYOB Interface
CallTracker Business, Professional, and Enterprise, all have the ability to interface into New Zealand's number one Accounting software, MYOB. There are 2 aspects to the interface:-
Accounts Synchronization which will synchronize CallTracker and MYOB's Accounts information, so that you maintain your client information in MYOB, and CallTracker, as part of its nightly maintenance, will update the data from MYOB to CallTracker. (This can also manually be executed). This means that you only have to update ONE Client store of data, and when you assign accounts to calls, you can use the Clients Name, Client ID or Client Code to search for a client and assign the correct account number to them with out having to refer back to MYOB.
Add Call information Disbursements against a client in MYOB for all the calls you have made on their behalf. Simply run a report, tell CallTracker that its going to MYOB, the records in CallTracker will be marked as Posted to prevent the information from being sent again accidentally. This will save you a whole lot of time as you will not have to collate information from colleagues who also may have made or taken calls for your client, and you don't need to keep endless bits of paper with number you called and the times of the call, THEN enter it all into MYOB !
Even if you don't record disbursements against a client, this is also a handy process for knowing the true cost of servicing your clients.
- Incoming Call Pricing
CallTracker Professional and Enterprise have the ability to price incoming calls. This is often handy if a client calls you, can set a cost against that phone call for your time.

TrafficTracker
TrafficTracker is an Internet Gateway Billing application that will keep a track of users internet usage, as well as providing secure login to registered users.
Boasting an easy to use interface, TrafficTracker makes managing user access to the internet easy and simple.
TrafficTracker lets you set user limits, and will automatically deactivate the user when the users limit has been reached to prevent the user from accessing the internet.

The limits can be set by traffic usage, or by time.
Users can easily be re-activated with the original limits applied.

TrafficTracker gives you the ability to not only specify your own costs and surcharges, but also lets you override these values for a specific user if required.
TrafficTracker also has the functionality to edit and print out instructions for users to follow when they connect to your network and how to log off. The instructions also include the users username and password for them to reference at any time.
There are also reports that let you get information on current and past users, as well as help keep an eye on failed login attempts, plus a report to summarize users usage, and also charts.
